Educational Scholarship
Scholarship is given to the children of the workers for pursuing their education at the rates as indicated below:

Eligiblity
- Should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- Employees monthly salary not exceeding Rs.25,000/-(Basic pay + DA).
- Should have completed 16 years of age, Employee's wife and unmarried daughter & sister who are dependants of Employee’s.

Marriage Assistance
A sum of Rs.20,000/- for both male and female is given as Marriage Assistance to employees or their Son/Daughter who legally attain the age of marriage.
Eligiblity
- Should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- Employee’s monthly salary not exceeding Rs.25,000/- (Basic pay + DA).
Certificates to be Enclosed
- Marriage Invitation Original.
- School Transfer Certificate(TC) for both Bride and Groom attested by Government gazette officers
- The Receipt of the Marriage Hall / Temple / Register Marriage Certificate Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- Aadhar card and Ration card Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- Salary slip of the Employee.
- Labour Welfare Fund contribution Receipt Xerox.
- Name list of the paid Labour Welfare Fund.
- Bank passbook front page – 2 copy.

Reimbursement of Purchase of Spectacles
Reimbursement of cost of spectacles up to Rs.1,000 is given to the workers on production of Medical Certificate and Cash Bill.

- Should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- Employee’s monthly salary not exceeding Rs.25,000/- (Basic pay + DA).
- Spectacles will be given only to the Employee’s

Educational incentives
Employees children who secure first ten ranks in 10th and 12th Std. Govt. Public Examination in each District
- For 10th Standard Rs.2,000/-
- For 12th Standard Rs.3,000/-

- Should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- There is no Salary ceiling for this scheme.
- Scholarship is given to the children of the Employee’s.

Computer training Scholarship
Reimbursement of Rs.1000 to five employees / Dependants in each Revenue District for basic computer training through the approved institutions.

- Basic Computer Training is given to the children of the Employee’s.

Natural death and funeral Assistance
Natural Death Assistance of Rs.50,000 is given to the dependant of the worker who dies.In addition to that Rs.5,000 towards Funeral expenses is paid to dependant of worker.
Eligiblity
- The deceased employee should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- Employee’s monthly salary not exceeding Rs.25,000/-(Basic pay + DA).
- Claim will be given to the Legal Heir of the employee.
Certificates to be Enclosed
- Death Certificate Xerox.
- Legal Heir Certificate Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Notary Public on the Rs.20/- Stamp paper.
- Aadhar card and Ration card Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- Last Salary Slip of the deceased employee.
- Labour Welfare Fund contribution Receipt Xerox.
- Name list of the paid Labour Welfare Fund.
- Bank passbook front page – 2 copy.
Note: Apply within one year from date of death.
Accidental Death Assistance
Accidental Death Assistance of Rs.2,00,000 is given to the dependant of the worker who dies in accident. In addition to that Rs.5,000 towards Funeral expenses is paid to dependant of worker.

- The deceased employee should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund.
- Employee’s monthly salary not exceeding Rs.25,000/-(Basic pay + DA).
- Claim will be given to the Legal Heir of the employee.
Certificates to be Enclosed
- Death Certificate Xerox.
- Post-Mortem Report(PMR) with Doctor’s attestation.
- Legal Heir Certificate Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Notary Public on the Rs.20/- Stamp paper.
- First Information Report (FIR) with Police Inspector attestation.
- Aadhar card and Ration card Xerox with Government gazette officers attestation.
- Last Salary Slip of the deceased employee.
- Labour Welfare Fund contribution Receipt Xerox.
- Name list of the paid Labour Welfare Fund.
- Bank passbook front page – 2 copy.

Book Allowance
Book Allowance is sanctioned to the children of the workers for pursuing their studies from Higher Secondary to Post-Graduate Degree Courses as detailed below.
