Marriage Scheme Assistance
A sum of Rs.20,000/- is given as Marriage Scheme Assistance to both male, female employees and their wards.
Eligibility
- The maximum age limit of an employee to avail the scheme benefits is upto 60 years of age.
- Employee should have contributed to Labour Welfare Fund for the previous year to avail the scheme benefits for the current year.
- The maximum salary of the employees to avail the scheme benefits is Rs.35,000/- (Basic pay + DA).
- The last date for receipt of application in Board is three months from the Date of Marriage.
- Employees / Their wards(Female) who availed this Marriage assistance from Social Welfare Department are not eligible to avail this scheme benefit from the Board.
- In case more than one person is an employee, such as mother / father / bride / bride groom, only one person should apply for Marriage Assistance.
- If more than one application is received, the application received first alone will be taken for consideration.
- This sheme benefit can be availed only, if the Marraige is registered.
Certificates to be enclosed
- Attested copy of Marriage registration certificate.
- Original marriage invitation.
- Attested copy of Aadhar card and ration card for all (Employee / Bride / Bride groom).
- Copy of LWF payment receipt.
- Salary slip for the month in which LWF deducted from the employee.
- Previous month salary slip of the Employee.
- Copy of bank passbook front page of the employee - 2 copies.
